Candidate Biography

Lemon Clyde Williams, Jr.

Lemon Clyde Williams, Jr. or "L. C." as he is often called is a career business consultant and lifelong problem solver. He is a graduate of Chattanooga Central High School and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and remains active in alumni affairs and his fraternity to this day.

He is the youngest of five children all living in the Chattanooga area. He was raised by two strict and loving parents who instilled a strong work ethic that has never left him. He was raised to work hard, stand tall, and be honest above all. His father was a loving family man who found time for each of his siblings and raised him to value helping others as our primary duty.

After graduation, Lemon embarked on a career in energy information technology. After many years of travel and experience implementing risk management systems and cybersecurity programs for major corporations, government agencies and public utilities far and wide and coast to coast, he was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and in 2014 founded The Ionado Group, a cyber security and emerging technologies consultancy providing advanced security solutions, services, and mitigation strategies against cyber threats facing leading industries. He brings the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence to this campaign and to the Tennessee General Assembly.
